managing emotions

wow, what an appropriate topic for me this week...
i'd like to ask for prayer for God's grace in managing my emotions. i don't know why, but ever since i woke up monday morning, i've had this dark cloud hanging over my head and i've been overwhelmed with sadness. perhaps the reality of the hui family leaving after the party on sunday has started to sink in? maybe it's a spiritual attack because i'm supposed to teach the bible class on sunday and i haven't received any revelation from God. i'm not sure what it is but i really need a breakthrough this week...
