so sorry to say
but unless someone has a valid objection (valid meaning you can't be there) practice will be on Sunday morning at 8:30am (sorry alex.. it's the only time everyone can make it)

we should meet earlier to go for a group run around the block a few times and then have breakfast before practice! j/k!
