hi all,

just wanted to confirm so we can plan better. these are people who have not told me they can't come, so assuming we'll see you this saturday. it will probably be from 2:30 - 5:30 or so. you are welcome to invite other casc people who have helped out or hung out with the worship team a lot.

Are you sad that the summer olympics are over? Well, fret not. We can re-live some of the excitement with our very own mini-olympics (Chris can take credit for the idea!) But I do need some help with carrying it out, so here's the plan:

I was thinking we could meet at the Ty Warner Spray Park in Westmont. Directions are below:

Schedule
2:30 - 4:30 pm games
4:30 - 5:30 pm food and award ceremony

Assignments
Alex - plan and bring equipment for team relay
Joshua -plan and bring equipment for some sort of gymnastic competition (involving balance, etc)
Chris/Mel - plan and bring equipment for some sort of obstacle course
David/Peter - plan and bring equipment for a sport involving a ball
Grace - plan and bring equipment for some sort of sport involving water
Pai's - drinks
Kessie - fruit
Burk's - Picnic food
Maria - Picnic food
Grace - snacks
Chris/Mel - snacks

What to Bring/Wear
Comfortable shoes and clothes
Change of clothes in case you get wet
Any other sporting things (basketball, football, frisbee, etc)
CASC friends that like to hang out with worship team (let me know so we have enough food)
