Uprising 2008
Hello everybody,
We are looking for people to help out with Uprising this year. It should be starting off if somewhere around 2-3 weeks, which isn't all that long. These are some areas we'll be needing help in:
Registration - we need people to help check people in the day of, hand out SWAG (Stuff We All Get), name tags, etc...
Decoration and design - this is Melody's area of expertise, but I am sure she will need a lot of help getting things built/painted/hung up
Clean up - we will probably be having most of our meals outdoors, but even still we'll need help getting all the trash picked up... and we'll probably have to clean the bathrooms
Activities - There is a 2 hour chunk in the middle of the day (July 31, August 1) where we have some "fun activities" planned. We will need people to organize and run these "fun activities"
Food and snacks - we'll be catering food again for lunch and dinner, but if you remember from last year we also had fruit and drinks during the meals, as well as some snacks after the night session.
It'd be great if anyone could help out in any of the areas. If anyone feels so inclined, feel free to contact me or Charles about any jobs we may have for you!
Thanks and God bless,
Alex

Peter are you serious?
If so, that's great and I'll let Melody know. If not, then internet sarcasm has gotten the best of me.
